Acceptance of terms and conditions
- When you book an e-scooter tour with us, you accept all terms, rules and conditions stated on this page.
- If you are booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring that the other participants accept our terms and conditions.
- If a participant does not accept our terms and conditions, they cannot participate in our tours. The booking will be canceled according to the cancellation policy stated in our terms and conditions.
Rules
- A booking for our e-scooter tours is valid for a specific date and time of day. It is your responsibility to show up at the correct date and time.
The latest arrival time for our tours is 5 minutes before the agreed start time. - All tours begin with a 5-minute introduction to the features of the electric scooter.
- If you arrive late for an open group tour, the tour may have already started and you will not be able to join the tour. Scooter Tours will not refund your money in such a situation. If you arrive late for a closed group tour (e.g. a family or company tour) and the other participants have waited to start the tour, the guide will be able to shorten the tour to fit in with your return to the starting point at the scheduled time.
- We run e-scooter tours all year round and in all weather conditions. In case of extreme weather conditions such as heavy snow, icy roads and gusty winds, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. We only cancel when we deem the weather situation makes it unsafe for our customers to participate in an e-scooter tour.
- If you are unsure whether your trip will be completed, you can contact us in the morning on the day of your trip.
- We strive to ensure that the duration of your scooter tour matches what is stated for the tour and route in question. However, the route may vary slightly depending on how many participants there are on the tour, how much traffic there is on the day, and at what speed the tour is driven.
- We reserve the right to adjust our terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of liability
- Just like riding a bike or going for a walk, using an e-scooter in public traffic can be associated with risks. The Scooter Tours guide will provide thorough information to minimize all risks of accidents. Although safety is our top priority and it is easy for most people to use an e-scooter, we cannot eliminate the risks of riding in traffic. Therefore, you agree that your participation in our scooter tours is at your own risk.
- You also accept that Guide Tours cannot be held responsible for personal injuries or other damages that may occur on the scooter tour.
- If you are responsible for damage, loss or accidents as a result of unacceptable behavior, willful misconduct or negligence in traffic, you accept liability.
